WPspecialist officially launched!

It is already a week ago, but I didn’t had the time to write about it. At the WordPress meetup in Eindhoven, Coen Jacobs and I launched WPspecialist. With the help of Rolf Koenders we live blogged the whole event and within 24 hours we published all the articles about all the presentations. WPspecialist is a the moment a news blog about WordPress and other related news. In the future we will roll out more ideas and features.

I am very happy with the results and reactions so far! Together with Coen and the help of many others we will make WPspecialist a success. Are goal is to make WPspecialist the number one source about WordPress for the Dutch speaking WordPress community. By providing not just news but also extra information, advise or an opinion. With this site we try to really help WordPress users and help them grow so then can share their knowledge.

WPspecialist is the first project of Diteza. We still have enough ideas to keep ourselves busy. So far my entrepreneurship is really a great adventure and I am really thankful for all the support and positive energy from great people! :-)

I am joining Diteza

Almost 2 months ago I had a great meetup with Coen Jacobs. I already know him for a couple of years and we met each other via Twitter. We started talked about a new project called WPspeciali.st. We are still working on it, but it’s going to launch very soon. We also talked about other, sometimes crazy, ideas. After some more meetings we started talking about doing more projects together and how we would shape that.

Diteza was the sole proprietorship of Coen and focussing on web and WordPress development. Diteza will now focus on products and services and Coen will continuo his development work under his own name. Coen and I want to do projects, which make the Internet easier, more comfortable and fun. The projects should be useful and add real value. Coen will focus more on the technical side of the projects and I will focus more on the administrative and organizational aspects of the company and the projects.
