SimonVreeman, born September 1, 1990 in Deventer and living in Harfsen, Netherlands. I’m a Student Business Engineering at HU and co-owner of Diteza. At Diteza we are focussing on products and services that make the Internet easier, more comfortable and fun. The projects should be useful and add real value.
Currently at Diteza we are working on WPspecialist. It’s a website full with practical information and news about WordPress for Dutch beginners, advanced and experts.
Besides my work at Diteza I am also an online business developer at Budeco and an online marketeer at Van der Valk Hotels & Restaurants.

In short, I speak for myself and no one else.
On this blog I try to share stuff worth sharing. And not just stuff that is worth sharing in the present but hopefully also in the future. I mainly write or share videos that I find very inspiring. I also hope to write a bit more about myself. I think I’m very interesting ;).
Otherwise it’s a lot about WordPress and Website Optimization posts. For example my favorite WordPress plugins or some useless plugins, but also about SEO and Google Analytics.
Study & Internships
During my study I did two internships at 2 totally different companies. First I did an internship at Budeco where I was working on Quickstart. Quickstart was an idea to make quick, simple but good-looking and performing websites for small and mid-sized companies. My goal was to make Quickstart as Operational Excellence as possible. Besides this project I also created a Social Media policy generator. The policy generator can help organisations to start with Social Media and to give some guidance to their employees.
My second internship was at Movares. Movares is one of the biggest engineering and consultancy firms in the Netherlands. They are providing solutions throughout mobility, infrastructure, spatial planning, and transport systems. At Movares I was working on the new (WordPress) website and focussing on the SEO & Content strategy. I was also working on the new Social Media strategy including a social media policy.
Besides my study i’m very interested in Social Media, Social CRM, Enterprise 2.0, SEO, WordPress, online business development (online) Persuasion and Singularity.I’m fascinated by the wonderful world of the Internet and all the opportunities is has to offer for companies, organizations and people.
Oh, and there’s nothing better than a Triple Venti Whipped Cream Caramel Macchiato in the morning at Starbucks.
