Adds a nice little rainbows to your admin bar.

Unicornify

This plugin changes all the Gravatar pictures in to unicorns. Pretty sweet, right?

Yes, Hello Dolly is useless but awesome. A WordPress install without Hello Dolly is not a real WordPress install.
